Bro. Jeremy Peters was saved at the young age of four years old. He heard a sermon on Hell and realized at that point that his sin would send him there. He realized his need for a Saviour and called on His name and was saved. A short time later, God called Bro. Peters to preach.
After graduating from high school in Terrell, TX, Bro. Peters attended Texas Baptist College in Longview, TX and Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, IN. While attending Hyles-Anderson, Bro. Peters received the offer to teach Christian school and to work as an assistant to the pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Milwaukee, WI. He served there from 2006 until 2012.
From there, Bro. Jeremy went to be the associate pastor of the South Fort Worth Baptist Temple. While there, he graduated from the Southland Baptist College with a degree in Biblical Theology and in Christian Education. He was licensed to preach on May 5, 2013, and was ordained on June 23 of that same year.
While in Fort Worth, Bro. Jeremy met the love of his life, Ms. Heidi. They were married in November of the same year. After their marriage, they relocated back to Milwaukee waiting for God's direction in their lives. A short time later, God opened the door for the Peters' to serve at a church just outside of Boise, ID.
In the summer of 2018, God opened the door for the Peters family to move to Calvary Baptist to serve in the church and academy. In addition to working with the youth, Bro. Peters helps with the church media, and teaches in the academy. Ms. Heidi teaches first grade.
The Peters family has one son, JJ, who is three.
